It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and CultureMap is spreading extra holiday cheer in Austin this season. Grab your family and friends and join us for ice skating at the CultureMap Rooftop Rink at Whole Foods Market’s downtown flagship store, presented by Frost Bank.

Open 10 am to 10 pm daily

• December 24, Christmas Eve - 10 am to 7 pm
• December 25, Christmas Day - Closed
• December 31, New Year’s Eve - 10 am to 9 pm
• January 1, New Year’s Day - 10 am to 8 pm

COMMUNITY SKATE NIGHT presented by Frost Bank
From 6 to 8 pm on select Monday nights, 50% of all tickets sold will be donated to deserving local charities.

SELFIES WITH SANTA
Mark your calendar for Friday, December 20 and Saturday, December 21, when Santa Claus will join us from noon to 5 pm. Snap your selfie with Santa himself for free (bring your own camera).

Guests can enjoy hot beverages and sweet treats throughout the weekend, along with live music by Ruel Thomas on Saturday, December 21 from noon to 4 pm.

TICKETS
Ticket prices are for all ages. All tickets include skate rentals and require a signed waiver.

Purchase tickets online in advance for the designated time slot. Tickets purchased in advance online for the correct day/time will be given priority access to the rink.

DISCLAIMER
There are no refunds. If you are unable to make your designated time, your tickets will be honored on another day/time, based on availability on the rink.

Tickets purchased in advance online for the correct day/time will still need to wait in line to sign waivers and receive skates, but will be given priority access to skate the rink before on-site ticket purchasers . We HIGHLY encourage pre-purchasing tickets between 12/15-1/5 as lines are likely.

FAQs

1. What size skates do you have?
EU 25 - EU48 (men's 9 youth/women's 11 youth -  Men's 14) 

2. Is the rink all ages? ie-I have a little one who I'd like to bring on the ice but they are too little to skate, can I hold them or can they come on the ice without skates?
No one will be permitted on the ice without skates or to be carried on the ice. The rink is VERY family friendly and we love our little ones, but for their safety and the safety of all guests we must stick to these parameters.

3. Do you offer skate buddies or skate assistants for young skaters?
We have coaches available from Chapparal Ice on weekends that are able to assist your little ones (or you!) but we do not have free standing assistants.

4. Do I need to purchase a ticket if I am just a spectator?
Nope! Come grab a hot beverage and sweet snack from Square Peg and hang out with us as long as you'd like!

5. My child is attending with someone else, can I sign a waiver for them ahead of time?
Yes! Please email us (below) and we will send you the waiver to sign!
