Culture & Cocktails: The C&O Canal with Jim Heins

Enjoy a drink and have a think! At Culture & Cocktails, a lecture program at the Miller House Museum, we tackle a historical topic with the help of a little liquid fortitude.

Help us welcome our fantastic Smithsonian Institution traveling exhibit, Water/Ways, in August with a special canal-themed Culture & Cocktails! C&O Canal Association member Jim Heins will be sharing a special presentation on the history and anatomy of the C&O Canal, complete with some samples of traditional music. Then join us the following week for the grand opening of the new Museum on Main Street exhibit!

The specialty cocktail will be: the Spiced Apple Moscow Mule. You can't have a canal without a few mules - and we can't have a canal Culture & Cocktails without a few either!
