This workshop is a one hour introduction to Mindfulness Self Compassion led by Saraf Shmutz, a trained mindfulness self compassion teacher by the MSC Center in San Diego.

About Saraf Shmutz
My mindfulness meditation journey began over 13 years ago. I was introduced to mindfulness via a monastery in Guatemala. Over the years, I have cultivated my own personal mindfulness practice by establishing a daily mindfulness practice, attending multiple silent retreats each year and participating in mindfulness training both in Thailand, India and the US. I have been trained as a Mindfulness self compassion teacher by the MSC Center in San Diego.
