The two days (16 hour) CSM course is focused on consolidating Scrum values and practices. Immersed in group discussions, group assignments, real life cases and group dynamics, you will learn:

What will you receive after completing the course?
Successfully completing the CSM course, you´ll receive:
- Qualification for taking the ScrumMaster Certification exam;
- The complete Knowledge21´s material used during the training;
- Payment of your first two year dues for the Scrum Alliance;
- 16 SEUs from the Scrum Alliance;
- 14 PDUs from PMI.

Exam Details
The CSM exam is administered online and sent via email Scrum Alliance. You have 90 day access to take the exam and 2 attempts towards passing. The exam is in multiple choice format.

As a CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) and CST (Certified Scrum Trainer), Garrido has extensive international experience, with classes in Europe, USA and Latin America (regular classes in New York, Houston, Phoenix, Boston, Seattle, Portland, Washington, Dallas, Miami, Orlando, Lisbon, Porto, Bogota, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo).
Marcos Garrido has a master’s in business and has over two decades of experience with IT projects, working with Agile Teams since 2008, teaching Agile to MBA Students at the Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro and Scrum, Lean Startup, Management 3.0 and Facilitation techniques around the globe.
