Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

This one hour session is open to everyone. Come prepared for a deeply relaxing experience, created by the meditative sounds of crystal bowls.

Participants will be lying down the entire time, so please bring your yoga mat and anything else (such as eye pillows) that makes you feel comfortable. We have a limited amount of blankets available for your use. If you have your own, please bring them.

The instructions for this session are simple: come, lie down, focus on your breath, and allow your body to relax in this peaceful sound immersion.

About the Teacher:

Joe Schwab is a registered 200 hour Yoga teacher and has taught mindful meditation at Pilgrimage Yoga. Joe is also a musician and has been playing the crystal bowls in yoga classes as well as for private events.

$20 if registered one week prior, $25 after.

Parking for this Event: Free street parking. A great place to park is on the Adams Avenue bridge over the 805 freeway between Boundary Street and West Mountain View Drive. This is a brisk 4-minute walk to the studio.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00p on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail product) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 pm on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
