Indina (PhD) is an acknowledged Social Scientist and a high level expert in organizational psychology, with current academic appointments in Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Washington DC, USA, and Russian Academy of Education and Moscow business school, Moscow, Russian Federation. Dr. Indina expertise covers a wide range of areas, such as international communication leadership and entrepreneurship. Tatiana Indina is a well-known business trainer of international management and leadership programs in Russia and FSU. Dr. Indina teaches Intercultural business communication classes in MBA programs and provides executive coaching for companies and government bodies on international relations and business, leadership and professional effectiveness. Tatiana has written 3 books and over 50 papers. She is a regular speaker on International conferences on social sciences worldwide. Born in Kyrgyzstan in multinational family, Tatiana Indina has spent most of her life living, studying and working in numerous cultures including Russia and FSU, Central Asia, Western and Eastern Europe, Australia and the USA where she is currently based. Her first hand experience and academic studies have given her an in depth understanding of the challenges of living and working across cultures. In US, she delivered multicultural and teambuilding workshops for national and international students being a visiting fellow in Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. She managed and co-ordinated large number of international projects on research, marketing, media, education. Tatiana Indina has diverse international management and intercultural training experience with corporate and non-profit clients in both the US and Russia. She has worked with a number of major Universities and Business Leadership Centers. Her areas of expertise include personal effectiveness coaching and business communication trainings.
