CRM 101 Training

General training for new users in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Training sessions are two hours long - plan accordingly. Users must have an active Madison College staff account and complete training in order to receive access to CRM.

Registration is required and must be completed 24 hours prior to the session start time.
