We took Pilates and remixed it to torch calories and promote long lean muscle building in the most effective way possible. This non-stop high-energy class will support you in building strength, endurance, and flexibility. You can expect a lot of core-building Pilates movements, high-intensity interval training with bodyweight movements, strength training with dumbbells and resistance bands. You will sweat, A LOT.
