Have you been struggling with your memoir? Have you been wanting to take a fiction writing class for a while? Do you have a story buried within you? As Elizabeth Gilbert puts it, "The central question upon which all creative living hinges: Do you have the courage to bring forth the treasures that are hidden within you?”

This virtual creative writing workshop led by Sarah Sheppard will incorporate writing prompts, writing strategies and writing exercises to help you unleash your creative thoughts, find the Muse and combat the dreaded writer’s block. Come prepared to explore your imagination and your memories from a new perspective.

We will focus on everything from point of view and voice to dialogue and description. No matter if you’re a beginner or a novice, you can benefit greatly from a writing workshop. Writers of all genres welcome.

Tickets are nonrefundable. Attendees will be sent a Zoom link the morning of the workshop.
