Creating a Game Plan for Healthy Teen Dating

Presenters Rich Hydo, LCSW, CFLE-P and Rachel Arocho, PhD will discuss the role of dating in healthy adolescent development, how parents can best foster healthy relationships, and how to recognize and tackle red flags they may see.

Parents will learn:

• How to encourage healthy relationship boundaries and safe dating
• How to recognize signs of potentially dangerous relationships
• How to encourage healthy communication around sexuality and sexual decision making, including establishing norms and expectations and understanding consent versus cohesion
