Charcuterie is one of the best appetizers for a crowd because you don’t have to cook anything. However, it does require creativity, balance and variety for the perfect presentation.

In this class, Vicki will demonstrate how to create many first class Charcuterie Boards with meats, cheeses, fruits, spreads, garnishes & desserts

You get to build your own charcuterie board to take home!

Of coarse , you can't create and sample without sampling a couple of wines served by Nick.

Food/Materials will be provided for your tray.

The Class will be at In Cucina - The Event Kitchen at Sam's Italian Deli & Market.
