Crawfish Bash 2020 (Saturday)

The 2020 Crawfish Season celebration will be unlike anything Mauriceville has ever experienced.  20 Cook-off teams from around Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana will descend on our fairgrounds cooking up some of the best crawfish you'll ever taste!  Buy those All You Can Eat- All Access tickets in advance so we will have plenty of crawfish for our guests. Plan to come out and help us decide who boils up the best mudbugs around.  If you are interested in getting in on the action, sign up to be a team captain and round up a 4 man team.  If you really want to get in on the fun, sign up for the crawfish eating contest or the crawfish races for Saturday.

We kick things off Friday night at 5:00 PM with an old fashion barn dance and crawfish sold by the pound along with the usual festival fare.   Saturday morning is our yearly parade @ 10:00 East down Hwy 12, turning South onto Hwy 62.  At the festival grounds, we will be all about the crawfish.  Patrons can devour as much crawfish as they wish while supplies last, listen to some great local musicians, as well as watch live demonstrations, visit craft and food vendors.
