In this 12-hour class, we’ll cover the Nine Core Competency Areas for Technical Communicators that are evaluated by the Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) Foundation Exam.
The class facilitator, Ben Woelk, CISSP, CPTC is an accredited CPTC trainer. RIT is an Approved Training Organization.

On day one, the class will meet from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday, 21 March, 2020 with a one-hour break for lunch. Lunch is provided on Saturday.
On day two, the class will meet from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM, Sunday, 22 March, 2020. Lunch will not be provided.
