ELECTRONIC SIGN UP IS AVAILABLE FOR THE OPEN COMMENT PORTION OF THE MEETING ONLY. ALL PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS REQUIRE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION. ELECTRONIC SIGN UP DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPEAKING SPOT. 15 PEOPLE WILL BE RANDOMLY SELECTED FROM THE TOTAL PEOPLE WHO SIGN UP.

Visit the City Council webpage for more information about speaking at City Council meetings. Please note that Public Hearing items may not be addressed during the Open Comment section of the meeting. If you would like to speak to a Public Hearing item, you will need to sign up in person on the day of the City Council meeting after 5 p.m. in the council chambers.
If you do not want to speak at the City Council meeting, but would like to submit comments prior to the meeting, you may email them directly to City Council members at council@bouldercolorado.gov.
