Sprouts Farmers Market presents a free fitness series at Discovery Green. Off the Couch, a new offering for ages 18 and up, is a moderate exercise class aimed at increasing your strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while improving your overall health.

No pre-registration required, but participants must sign a waiver upon arrival. Bring a towel and water.
