After 35 years of leading transformational content and facilitating conversations, Kristin Schultz and Sarah Yukie Gingrich have designed a program that will elevate any leader and create a new level of ease. Rooted in background in training others to lead, the 4 Cornerstones provides new skills and techniques and a fresh perspective on what it means to be a Facilitator.

Designed for working professionals and those already in leadership, this training is distinct from the rest of Create Karma’s yogic curriculum. After years of training yogic leaders, we have designed a methodology that combines the best of our worlds. Experience the power of leading high-level content with the clarity and presence only accessible through self-inquiry.

Join the program on either the Facilitator or Apprentice track. After successful completion, Apprentice track participants are eligible to join the FEAT Apprentice Program to be future Create Karma Facilitators.

Training Dates:

Trainings are 4 Saturdays from 7:30am-6:00pm on April 18, May 2, 16, and 30, 2020

In addition to our rich content, our program includes the following:

-Catered breakfast and lunch during training dates

-Weekly calls with an accountability partner

-Weekly group video calls

-Weekly Action Plans

-hose of you on the Apprentice track also get

-Weekly calls with a Create Karma Facilitator

-Coaching and leadership of calls

Cost:

$1950 or $1750 before April 1

$1500 for the Apprentice Track*

Requirements

Anyone with an interest in leadership is welcome and encouraged to apply for the Facilitator track. This program is a prerequisite for the FEAT Apprentice Program.

*Those who are on the Apprentice Path must have completed Create Karma’s LEAP or MEET programs.
