CoreLife Presents: Healthy Kids. Healthy You. Family Yoga and More!

We have a great morning planned for you and your kids!! Come to CoreLife Eatery for a 45 minute family yoga class and mini field trip of the store with hands-on experience making fresh lemonade!!  

The event will unfold as follows:

10 am- 10:45am- Roots Yoga presents Family Yoga: This unique class will introduce you and your child(ren) to vinyasa yoga and meditation in a fun and intriguing way. It is interactive, uses partner poses, and allows for creativity. Kids are welcome to be accompanied by a family member or guardian.

-1 adult for every 2 children please

Ages 4-12 years old.  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.  We have rentals available if needed. Waiver must be filled out by a legal parent or guardian.

10:45 am to 11am - Mini field trip of the store with one of the store managers of CoreLife Eatery. The manager will entertain the kids by showing them around the back of the restaurant some of the cool things our workers prepare before opening. The students will also receive hands-on experience making lemonade and be given a fresh lemonade on Us!
