Core Properties SEPTEMBER Meetup - Live Q&A by The Core Team

This month for the Core Properties meetup we are switching things up a bit and giving you all the opportunity to run the show. We are going to have four members of the Core Properties leadership team serve on a LIVE Q&A PANEL! You heard it right, the night will be run by you as the panel will answer as many of your questions as they can.

Ashlee Dorsey; Ashlee is a mom of two beautiful kids, Jackson and Lyla. Her husband, who is a carpenter, and their family have been in real estate investing for about 5 years doing fix and flips. She has been with Core Properties for two years as the transaction coordinator and also has her real estate license with Core Realty. She works directly with buyers, sellers, and our team at Elite Title to get our deals to the finish line!

Nick Rossfeld; Nick is the Core Properties Disposition Manager, he has met a lot of you at the meetups and likes to put names with faces. He runs the disposition department which handles matching properties that come in from the acquisition team with investors like yourselves. He also is a licensed agent, comes from a family of rehabbers, and helps in the hard money department. He is the one to assist all of you in stretching your dollar with hard money.

Jack Lauber; Jack is a senior acquisition specialist at Core Properties. He specializes in the analysis of residential investments including: Flips, rentals, wholesale, turnkey, and owner financing. He enjoys looking at the numbers behind the deal, and helping others understand them. The numbers never lie! He is a husband, father, pilot, triathlete, and future real estate millionaire! He looks forward to answering your questions, and helping you achieve your goals!

Connor Klenke; Connor first got into real estate about 4 years ago when he got his license as an agent. Ever since then he has been buying, selling, flipping, and investing in his own properties. He currently works in the turnkey department alongside Core to sell
