When we focus on abdominal strength alone as core to supporting movement, we miss opportunities for building stability.

In this workshop we will explore how Tom Myer’s theory of the Deep Front Line can add full-body stability to the concept of core muscles.

This 2-hour session will help you learn how to improve alignment in your feet and legs, build stability in standing postures, and create a sturdy base to support you every day, in yoga and beyond!
