This CORE II class is sponsored by CORE (Communities of Oakland Respond to Emergencies). Attendees learn how to organize a neighborhood command post and create emergency response teams (communications, damage assessment, hazards reduction, light search and rescue, disaster first aid, neighborhood support). Attendees are encouraged to take CORE I beforehand.
