Coquito & Color, Cognac & Create Silent Auction Fundraiser for LUPUS
Come on out and help support Team Sugar Hill Soldierz LUPUS Foundation fundraising efforts as we will sip on Coquito's and Cognac, munch on filling finger foods & create beautiful works of art while partying to smooth grooves. Definitely not your average Sip and Paint event. We will have a guest speaker from The LUPUS Foundation SLE NorthEast who will inform us about the ravages and effects of LUPUS. We will also have a silent auction. Top item to be auctioned is "TICKETS FOR 2 to the 2020 SUPER BOWL with hotel incl. " Banging D.J and a special guest performance by Moe Squizzles! Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. Alcohol is being served, therefore everyone in attendance by law must be 21 years of age or older at time of event.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Please google map your address for transportation and travel time options.
What can I bring into the event?
A large bag to carry your works of art home in.and your creativity!

What's the refund policy?
Because this is a charity fundraising event, sales are considered donations therefore there will be no refunds. Thank you.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You may bring a printed ticket or an electronic one .NO DUPLICATES ALLOWED! meaning if the person registered has 1 verified ticket purchased, than when that person arrives and checks in anyone else coming with a ticket in that person's name would be turned away. NO tickets are sold at door. here must be a Name matched to every verified ticket purchase NO EXCEPTIONS! Driver licence or Non Drivers I.D. required. Persons with I.D gain immediate entry. persons without I.D, entrance is up to building management's discretion.and dependant upon seating, space, supplies availability. .
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You can update your information at anytime including up until day of event. If you will be updating number of tickets than you must email us first to make sure there is space. This is a limited space, seating and supply event so first buy first serve rules apply.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. your Tickets are transferable up until day of event. BUT CANNOT BE DUPLICATED!!! One admission per Paid ticket per person! It does not matter who pays the fee although the person who pays the fee will be entitled to the charitable tax deduction with our provided receipt.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes. Tickets are transferable. BUT CANNOT BE DUPLICATED!!!!! *Important note because space, seating and supplies are limited, If the person whose name on their ID & tracking # shows up as an already present attendee, The person who checked in with the registered persons ticket must swap out with the registered attendee and must surrender all crafts to to our organization. If space permits that person may stay and still participate in the purchase of donations items and products, but will not be entitled to the performance, crafting, food or beverage. You will be escorted out when donation sale table closes. They may still participate in silent auction via social media, online & or text or raffle via paid donation....
