Living well with Hypertension is a FREE 2 1/2 hour workshop, which focuses on teaching the self-management tools to help you manage your hypertension.
If you have been diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure) or been told you are pre-hypertensive, learn to better manage your condition to reduce your risk and improve your health. Topics discussed include:
