This cooking class is just a couple of weeks before Easter and will give you some new ideas for what to cook and serve with the holiday dinner.
We'll be exploring Lamb, how to french and cook this incredible protein. How about making your own Chicken Liver Patè for the reception prior to the meal. Or go traditional with a cured Ham, we'll be showing you how to take a fresh ham, and go to a cured and cooked ham for the families big get together. And of course there will be lots of tasting as we go.
