Chef Joe is an expert in classical and modern cuisine techniques who has worked under many of the region’s top chefs and has studied at the famed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Chicago. As Chef de Cuisine at Henry Ford College’s 5101 student-run restaurant, Chef Joe delivers a style of cooking that is both innovative and comfortable.
