Grilling doesn't have to only happen outdoors. Learn how to make these Middle Eastern favorites using a stovetop and without compromisng all the flavors of grilling. Students will learn to make:

  • Kefta Kabobs
  • Homemade Pita
  • Tzatziki

Skills covered: stovetop grilling, bread making


About the teacher: Ronak Patel is the owner, chef, and instructor of his own private dining company, Chef Ronak. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and has worked for numerous catering companies including Chef Daniel Private DiningCreme Catering, and Gourmet Gorilla. His affection for local food and healthy eating shows in his additional work at the Peterson Garden Project Community Cooking School, Purple AsparagusSugar Beet Food Co-op in Oak Park, and Cook, Cork and Fork in Palatine.


Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
