Center for Global Mental Health, NIMH……………As the Chief for the Minority Health and Workforce diversity, Dr. Amarreh is responsible for program development in the area of Minority Health, Workforce diversity and Global Mental Health Research for Office for Disparities Research & Workforce Diversity(ODWD) and Center for Global Mental Health(CGMH). In this capacity, Dr. Amarreh is responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, assessment, coordination, and promotion of the new formed program on Minority Health and Workforce Diversity in ODWD. Additionally, he is responsible for the international research and scientist development activities within the CGMH and coordinates this program in conjunction with other NIH Institutes and Centers, and governmental and international organizations as needed.
