If so then this information packed 7 day General Contracting Startup-Construction Management Series is for you!. Come and learn from the building industry's best as you undergo a unique curriculum designed by building industry leading award winning professionals. Workshops will be lead by G.C entrepreneur trailblazers; Temple University's Fox School of Business Construction Management's Changing Landscapes Leadership 17' Award winning, Mt. Airy CDC:Project of the Year 18', National Kitchen & Bath Association's: Person of the Year 19' recipient Jordan P. Ferraini. This series will be information packed and will include key supports and resources from top tier building associations, city agencies, and financial institutions. From start to finish you will learn everything that you need to know to succesfully launch your G.C, effectively manage and sell construction contracts, and scale your business to super stardom. All graduates will receive 30 hour OSHA training cards, TFAD Construction Training Continued Education Unit Certifications of completion, and be funneled into our GC Incubator and job referall oportunities in collaborative efforts with city and governmental agencies.
