Consumer Privacy Law and the Impact of Evolving Technology

Event ended

As technology becomes increasingly advanced, federal laws have failed to develop at the same pace. The Journal of Law and Public Policy's Spring Symposium will focus on privacy laws in the United States, and will include an introduction to privacy laws, current issues, topics, and case law, and future legislation on privacy laws. Additionally, a letter from US Senator Amy Klobuchar written for the Symposium will be read by an individual from her office. Featured speakers include Melissa Krasnow of VLP Law Group LLP, John Albanese and Joe Hashmall of Berger Montague, and Christine Bannan of Electronic Privacy Information Center.

3.5 CLE credits are pending. Event code 270603.
