This event is designed to empower you to consciously create your reality with an open heart. We are offering an opportunity to physically create while opening your heart with sacred cacao and training your mind with live ambient meditative frequencies. This is a fun, relaxing, collaborative and creative experience!

By nature we are prime creators of our reality. As creators we have learned that in order to bring our dreams to life we must DO, GO, PUSH, burn the candle at both ends etc. Eventually we can create an imbalance and get “stuck” in states where we may feel overly engaged mentally and physically as a result of all of this (often times described as) “masculine” energy. These engaged and overly attached states of consciousness are present with higher brain wave frequencies such as the Gamma and Beta waves. If they become the predominately accessed waves we operate with then begin to experience dis-ease such as anxiety, stress, over alertness, adrenal fatigue and inability to relax, just to name a few. This is the brainwave state that is predominate in creating many constructs and structures of the old paradigm. That was necessary for the type of progression that humanity was experiencing at the time, but now energy has shifted and its time for us to shift our way of being. We are learning that creating when we are in a flow state lends to BIG results with minimal effort. We are learning the power of FLOW, CONNECTION, SURRENDER and giving ourselves the gift of rest. We are learning that the intention we hold in our hearts impacts our reality with such magnitude and that we are able to empower ourselves, others and our environment profoundly from this place.
We are stepping into a new way of creating and being. A way that is full of expansion and freedom.

So how do we stay in the flow state and create with ease from the heart? How do we blend our own unique purpose and capacity to create with ease into a tangible life to live, breathe and physically be in?…………..By training our minds to exist in a flow state while physically creating with an open heart.

The ambient sounds in the space are created with crystal singing bowls and a planetary gong. They produce frequencies that train your mind to effortlessly access alternate brainwave states ie alternate states of consciousness. Experiencing these alternate states strengthens your connection to these states of being and makes them more accessible to you with greater ease on your own. The cacao supports your experience by lending you the wisdom that is held within the sacred cacao plant. Cacao is deeply nourishing, invigorating and inspires an open heart while naturally sparking the creative fire within. The cacao we are offering to you is ceremonial grade meaning that is was grown and processed with love, honor and respect to the plant and every person and element that was involved in the process. I have personally had profound lasting heart opening experiences with this particular cacao and know for a fact that it is energetically supportive on SO MANY LEVELS to intention we are bringing into this space. The craft we will be creating is a boho wall hanging! The perfect addition to any sacred space ;) Each string that you knot will be an opportunity to tie your intention into your physical creation. This process gives you the opportunity to focus on what you are dreaming into BEing while allowing your awareness to be present in alternate states of consciousness. All of this is literally an natural bi-product of being in the space with the sounds, working with the cacao and relaxing while you craft and daydream about the reality you are creating! I’m going to continue in the next paragraph about the brainwave states and how we are accessing all of them in this event with each layer that is incorporated. Its not necessary to understand the rest of this but I find it super exciting so I’m going to include it. Feel free skip to the bullet points at the bottom.

• Cacao is chocolate and is totally optional. It will be prepared gluten free and vegan.
