Conflict Resolution for Team Members: Understanding and preventing sources of conflict
Most employees **** conflicts in one form or another, but few have the competencies for effective resolution. This four-hour class provides insight regarding the different personalities that lend themselves to conflict and the different types of conflict often found in the workplace, as well as how to best effectively navigate resolution.
Learning Objectives:
Identify types of conflict and their likely cause
Recognize personalities as a source of conflict and ways to manage resolutions
Recognize five different ways to resolve conflict and when to use each
