Concord Pike Master Plan Public Workshop

New Castle County Dept of Land Use, DelDOT and the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO) are developing a Master Plan for the Concord Pike Corridor stretching from the City of Wilmington to the PA state line. The Master Plan will provide a 20-year vision that identifies cohesive land use and transportation strategies.

During this public workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about updates to the Master Plan by reviewing growth scenarios, identifying preferred alternatives and providing meaningful input on the future of the Concord Pike corridor.
