New Employee Orientation and Safety Training Schedule

1st day of Training: Monday

New Employee Orientation 8:30am – 10:30am *snacks provided

Physical Safety Training 10:30am – 11:00am

2nd day of Training: Tuesday

Food Safety Training 8:30am – 12:00pm *lunch provided

Vegetarian & Nutritional Guidelines 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Please arrive by 8:15 to check in. Late arrivals to training will be turned away and will have to complete the session the following week.

Both trainings are REQUIRED before working in our operations.

Please bring these important items on your first day:

• For Form I9: original unexpired documents which could be a driver license and social security card, passport, permanent resident card or other approved documents. Please visit USCIS website for an approved list of documents: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents.
• You will need to have your license plate number available if plan to park on campus
• WA State Food Worker's Card if you are working directly with food.

For Non-food service hires in AV and Beverage, you will not need to attend Day 2 of training. Please connect with your manager for the training schedule.

For Salaried and Salaried Non-Exempt associates: You will receive an email containing your onboarding paperwork.
