Community Reiki Level 1

What is Reiki? It is a universal life force energy that exists everywhere and that can create healing within yourself and within others. Learn how to tap into that source and how to start the reiki healing journey within yourself.
We are hosting this class because we believe everyone should have access to Reiki and have the opportunity to bring reiki to their community. This is a level 1 reiki course. Everyone who takes this course will get a certificate, a gift to help you on your reiki path, and an opportunity to take Reiki Level II. This Level reiki 1 class focuses on respecting the origin of it's teachings which originate from Japan.
Cristina Puzio RMT will be leading this class.
Cristina Puzio is a Reiki Master teacher, medium and energy practitioner. Cristina is a resident of the Pilsen community. Her roots in the community run deep. She received her first reiki certification in 2012. She has worked with organizations like Elevarte to bring free reiki to the youth. Cristina currently leads a meditation class at Olin Studio in Pilsen every Monday at 7 p.m. Her work is about bringing wellness and healing to others especially to her community. Cristina is is currently co founder of the Community Healing Market. A healing market happening every first Sunday of the month at Olin Studio.
