LET'S UNITE AGAINST COVID-19 AS WE EASE OUT OF LOCKDOWN.

Testing will be outside of the church (parking lot); and, you can either drive-through or walk up. Registration is not required but is appreciated.

• Step#1. Register and secure a ticket from this website indicating type of testing and preferred testing time; or, call 313.869.4878 (Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm or Wednesdays from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm to provide your name, preferred testing time and Email/telephone number.
• Step#2: Arrive to the site with valid identification and insurance cards if you have health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, do not worry; because, we will test you..

Anyone can be tested; testing is open to everyone. A doctor's perscription is not required.

Note: Dexter Avenue Baptist Church and partners are offering testing now; because, we do not know how long the government will provide coronavirus testing for the uninsured. Protect yourself and your family by getting tested NOW!
