Communicating with Purpose is a ½ day workshop that provides the knowledge to entrepreneurs and business owners that need to drive more effective one-to-one business communication with employees, vendors and customers.
Communicating with Purpose focuses on the Communication Cycle and the behaviors and skills required for sending and receiving clear messages.

About the Facilitator
Maria Wardwell – Maria is a high energy, results oriented professional with 35 years of progressive accomplishments. Prior to joining McCourt, Maria spent 15 years in the banking industry in a variety of management and individual contributor roles. Maria has extensive experience in leadership development, performance management, change management, building team effectiveness and workflow redesign. Maria shares her leadership expertise with many McCourt Associates clients. She brings a clear understanding of group dynamics and expertise in interpersonal communications to the classroom.
