Though the existential threat of climate change is accelerating, global response remains fractured and stagnant. How are some attempting to overcome this social and political paralysis in the face of climate change? What drives the massive systemic cooperation needed to protect our ecosystems, economy, and most vulnerable populations?

The Bay Area is creating new models for galvanizing the public. How are leaders reconceptualizing the problem in order to devise manageable solutions? What education measures and economic incentives are proving most effective?
