We are a group of seasoned commercial investors ready to share knowledge and experience with those interested in investing in multi, RV & trailer parks, self storage, office, office/warehouse, hotels, retail, land, multifamily, car wash, washateria and redevelopment. We are looking to joint venture, buy and sell deals.
1) Monthly Topic - Varies each meeting. Includes commercial deal structure, creative financing, how to find motivated sellers, marketing to find CASH buyers, estimating repairs and how to rehab, property management, tax planning, and more.
2) Member Announcements and business needs - must be real estate related.

Membership
$60 annual membership gets you access to our sponsor paid FREE lunches for a full year (a $275 value). Otherwise, it's $25 a meeting as a guest. Pay at the door. We take cash and most credit cards. (We are currenlty unable to take payments through Eventbrite.)
No "squatters". Everyone pays. The venue charges us for each chair filled.
