The Rebuild- A Reclamation of Your Authentic Self!

This is The Rebuild: A Reclamation of Self.

It is embodying that which we truly are, that which we've always been, but that which has been stifled and buried. Calling back in those aspects of Self that bring us back to balance; back to the wholeness that is our birthright!

Call in the pieces of you that have been stifled, rejected, wounded and begin rebuilding your relationship to them.

There is so much that makes us what and who we are, but the focus this evening will be around the aspects of the feminine energy within that are often relegated to corners and need some encouragement and light shined onto them to give them some space to come out and play.

In previous sessions we have talked about becoming aware of what is, letting go of what no longer serves and now in the Rebuild we will be introducing concepts and practices for you to begin- or continue- building a relationship with ALL of the aspects that make you whole.

This experiential workshop incorporates a combination of teaching of concepts, meditation, self-reflective exercises and movement to support this powerful practice of uncovering and reclaiming your authentic self.

This is a space for you. To be exactly who and where you are. And that is where I meet you.

This is a space for you to shed, clear, peel away, and/or burn down that which is holding you back from expressing your authentic self. This is a space to get curious, put down the judgement and cultivate inner awareness; to honor that which is present in your being today with acceptance; a time for YOU to begin, check in with, or deepen your personal journey back to you!

You'll be taught concepts and tools that can be taken out of this sacred space and applied to our busy lives. Learn how to cultivate the awareness needed to come home to you and how to create more nourishing and authentic connections in your life.

• A journal + pen/pencil
• A water bottle + snacks (if desired)
• An open mind and heart

Wear whatever is comfortable for you, as we will be sitting, laying down and moving throughout the workshop.
