The 7th iteration of Comcast Open Source Day is taking place on Thursday September 26th, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA! This is a conference for Comcast technologists, Comcast open source contributors and Comcast open source consumers to collaborate, and learn about the latest in open source at Comcast. Our objective is to kickoff the sharing of best practices from both internal speakers at Comcast as well as external speakers, and we'd love to see where we need to go next in terms of building our OSS competency, practices and strategy as a company.
Each year, the Comcast Open Source Program Office hosts an Open Source Day where we bring in external speakers and guests into the Comcast offices in Philadelphia, PA to talk about open source. It’s a day is to celebrate and showcase open source work and to increase learning for Comcast employees/contractors and the larger community.
