“This was life changing, soul shifting, eye opening and I am so grateful. My expectations for myself and for what I pass on to my children is forever changed. Thank you Layla." Heather Haynes - Modesto, USA

Utilizing the groundbreaking Me and White Supremacy workbook made available from Layla F. Saad, this group will engage on a 28-day personal exploration of conventional biases to enable thinking that will begin to reverse years of institutional oppression and intolerance of people of color.

The course is meant to be taken up individually with periodic group gatherings for us to share and reflect upon our process and progress.  While this series is primarily focused on and geared toward white people, anyone is welcome to take part in the course on their own. The three group gatherings, however, are meant at this time for people who identify as white and are enrolled in the 28-day experience. The reason behind this is to not burden people of color with the difficult realities they already face in their daily lives.

RSVP NOW for all three gatherings, starting with an introductory session on March 25, then two more on April 8 and April 22, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

We know that individual and collective change requires awareness, anti-racist education, critical reflection, and empathy.  Layla Saad’s work enables us to take a “deep dive” into how we may unknowingly be complicit in a racist society in a way that offers us a chance to stand against the apathy, white privilege, and the 'separate but equal' mentality that persists in our world, degrades our lives and erodes our social fabric.

We hope you will join us!

Layla began her career as a life and business coach in the personal growth industry in 2014. In 2017, Layla published the viral blog post ‘I need to talk to spiritual white women about white supremacy’, following the Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville, USA. Layla’s writings stirred up a tidal wave of awakening and activation in an industry which is largely white-centered, white-washed and white-dominated. In 2018, Layla hosted a 28-day free Instagram challenge called MeAndWhiteSupremacy. Thousands of people took part in the challenge which was described as a month-long truth-telling journey for people who hold white privilege to explore their personal complicity in white supremacy.

Following the challenge, Layla wrote and published the self-guided Me And White Supremacy Workbook, which is a first-of-its-kind personal reflection tool for people with white privilege to explore, interrogate, gain clarity on and dismantle their internalised white supremacy.
