Color Up Deep Stretch

Join us at 2191 Events for ColorUp Yoga! Deep Stretch is an accessible slow-flow style yoga class. It focuses on floor-based stretching that allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. The instructors will provide education and assists using ColorUp products and essential oils that will allow your body to fall into full restorative bliss. Feel free to arrive early to set your space, enjoy tea, use essential oils, and test out any and all ColorUp products. 

The class starts at 6:30 pm and will be 75 minutes long. Register in advance to reserve a spot on Eventbrite or just drop by! We would love to see you!

Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks are all available for use. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to bring your own! Accessible parking and bathrooms are available as well.
Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door
