We cook with it as it provides nutrition to our bodies, it has healthy fats when we eat the type of fats found in Coconut Oil provides a source of energy as well as very benefits to the brain. What I have discovered is that when I:

-Mind my business

-Am intentional about my personal growth

-Hold myself accountable

-Create my peace

-Eliminate the people, mindsets, behaviors, mentalities, places and things that I know no longer serve me

-Open my heart to what does and align myself with only those things

I know I can manifest a life that's beyond my wildest dreams. But it all starts with me my choices and the outcomes of those choices. During Coconut Oil night we focus on the blockages that hold us back from living out our best lives possible and face them head on in an intimate, relaxing, judgment free environment with a dope vibe. Please come nice and relaxed pajamas are welcomed, bonnets are encouraged, small will be snacks provided.

Please know that we may utilize elements such as sage and meditation during Coconut Oil night for a deeper connection within ourselves and to the Universe/God.
