The Strata Center for Workplace Coaching - 2020 Coaching Clinic is designed to address the practical coaching needs of leaders, managers, and supervisors. The Coaching Clinic is a two-day learning experience focused on elevating the skillset and transforming the mindset needed to provide effective internal coaching.
Facilitated by highly experienced coaches, the program is a blend of academic theory and practical application. Space for the Coaching Clinic is limited and is ideal for any professional seeking to utilize coaching skills to develop their leadership or management capacity within their organization. Participants will receive Strata Center for Workplace Coaching Level One Certification at the end of the two-day Clinic! This exclusive experience brings together a community of professionals with a shared commitment to service and provides participants a network of coaching experts to assist them as they transform into the workplace coach they want to be!
Strata Leadership is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program is valid for 7 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.

Coaching Clinic Cancellation Policy
The Strata Center for Workplace Coaching Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency. The refund and cancellation policy are non-negotiable.
Because of the nature of securing and committing the time of faculty, incurred planning, venue, gifts, and other related costs, any cancellation on or before September 27, 2020 will be billed at 50% the total fee. Registrations canceled after September 27, 2020 will be billed at 100% of the total fee. Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notice to
If an event is canceled due to natural disasters (earthquakes, extreme weather or fires), human events (war, riots or other significant upheavals) or performance failures outside of the control of Strata (canceled flights, labor disputes other than those of the contractual parties, disruptions in essential services such as electricity, communications or other services), the program can be rescheduled within 90 days without penalty to either party. If the training day is not rescheduled within 90 days then, only at the request of the client, a refund of 50% (equivalent only to the number of course days canceled) will be extended.
