CNECT: Global Entrepreneurship Conference

CNECT, an annual global entrepreneurship conference held by BASES (Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students), puts influential leaders center-stage to shed light onto how to lead with worldwide impact. In our increasingly global market, what does an influential leader look like? How does one position the venture for global success? What forces will shape the future of our society? Over the span of two days, participants will engage in highly inspirational and educational fireside chats with leaders that manage some of the most impactful organizations both in Silicon Valley and beyond!

This year’s conference will also feature conversations with global leaders whose work revolves around the world’s progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 17 SDGs weave together solutions to social, environmental and economic grand challenges of our times - including the energy crisis, water accessibility, and much more. What entrepreneurial opportunities do the SDGs present? What do impactful solutions to climate change and gender equality look like in different corners of the world? How can I apply my background and expertise to make a tangible difference for what I care about?

Through dialogue with a diverse set of leaders operating at the forefront of global solutions to our social and environmental challenges, CNECT will showcase how to lead for profit, people, and the planet.

The conference will have several networking opportunities through lunches and break-out sessions — be ready to get inspired by students from some of the most prestigious universities across the globe and entrepreneurs at some of the fastest growing and most influential companies. As a participant, you will also have the chance to visit one of the largest university campuses in the world and dive deep into the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
