Clean for Teams - 4 Hour Introductory Experience

Note:  This course will consist of 4-1 hour sessions taking place June 20, 27, July 11, and 18th, 2018.

Clean Language for Teams is a set of tools to help teams achieve higher-performance communication and more joyful connection and collaboration.  This 4 hour overview will get you started with Clean Language questions in the context of Systemic Modelling, the well honed set of tools developed by Caitlin Walker, of Training Attention, Ltd, in the UK.  Watch her TedX here, before enrolling.  You'll experience a subset of these exercises and learn how they fit together in the larger package of tools that bring about transformational change in organizaitons.  Specifically, you'll

• Set the conditions for you and your team to learn well together
• Start using Clean Questions to find out more about how you and others perceive the world
• Model out ‘Working at Your Best’ / 'At your *!$#@#!'  in depth group exercise
• ‘Clean Feedback’ introduction and practice
• What is Contempt vs. Curiosity and the Karpman Drama Triangle

If you are a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach wanting a boost for your meetings, feedback, listening and coaching skills, this short introduction will get you started.  Depending on the participants and needs, we may change out some of the models that are taught - to meet the interests of the group. A four hour class will enable learning a portion of what is normally experienced in a 2 day introductory introductory Clean for Teams in person wrokshop.

This is a small group training, and as such will be limited to 5 or 6 participants. It will be held via a Zoom session and details will be posted to the group prior to the event.  You'll join a growing group of people interested in the application of Clean Language to business settings in the US.
