Live CLE Courses: Earn twelve live new admit credits on Wednesday, August 23, 2017! Each course is three credits and qualifies as a separate category for new admit requirements. Non-newly admitted attorneys can also earn 12 live credits through these courses! This pass provides access to all courses offered including:

New Jersey Municipal Court Practice
11:40 am - 2:10 pm
New Jersey Landlord/Tenant Practice
2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
New Jersey Basic Estate Planning
5:10 pm - 7:40 pm
New Jersey Basic Estate Administration
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 12 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours for ethic/professionalism, and 3 qualify as credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.
This program also qualifies under the new admit area of New Jersey basic estate administration for 3 hours of CLE credit; New Jersey municipal court practice for 3 hours of CLE credit; New Jersey landlord/tenant practice for 3 hours of CLE credit; and New Jersey basic estate planning for 3 hours of CLE credit.
Faculty
Eric T. Gilson has presented on a host of legal research methods and legal technology topics on the national level. He has presented at Harvard Law School on the integration of mobile technology in the legal research context. He has also lectured on effectively finding information on a variety of legal research topics including advanced legal research in the law school setting.
