Description This activity is closed to further registration. Kids and parents learn how to build and shape clay, together transforming their ideas into functional , glazed and fired pieces, such as teapots, cups, mugs, and bowls. Aside from being fun for the whole family, students of all ages develop basic ceramics skills and gain self-confidence. Students are introduced to hand-building techniques, including modeling, pinch, coil, and slab. This class is for any family who wants to spend time together in a creative and educational way.
