Chef Maya will also demonstrate how to make two easy and delicious sauces: an Ugly Tomato Sauce using “ugly” tomatoes and a simple and creamy Alfredo Sauce. We source the best ingredients to make these simple yet impressive dishes. We will also share our favorite markets/shops to get these ingredients and equipment so you can recreate these dishes for friends and family.
