Class: Level 1 - Fundamentals of Long Form Improv (Mondays 8-10pm; 9 weeks)

LEVEL 1: LONG-FORM IMPROV
Fundamentals of Creating Unscripted Scene-Based Comedy

This class covers improv essentials and lays the ground-work for everything to follow. Level 1 includes Station Theater’s 3 A’s of Improv™ as well as classic fundamentals such as “yes, and…”, “if this, then what”, and much more. Classes start monthly!

This class meets for nine weeks on Mondays, 8-10pm; March 23, 2019 - June 29, 2020. Please note the holiday schedule below. 

Please note that we do not have class on the following dates:

• Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween
• College Improv Tournament: January 25, 2020 
• Spring Break: March 9-13, 2020
• Trill Comedy Festival: September 31 - October 6, 2020
• Holiday Break: December 22, 2020 - January 1, 2021

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

• Price: $225 plus sales tax
• This is Level 1 of a 5 Level curriculum.
• Prerequisite: Improv experience recommended but not required. Prerequisites required for Levels 2-5.
• Recommended for ages 17 & up. 
• Refunds are not available on classes, but we are happy to shift your registration to a future class, pending availability.

Street parking is available on Dart Street or in the lot in front of the former Revolution Dojo next door along Houston Ave. Do not park in the lot behind R-Bar as you may be towed. Please be mindful when parking in front of area homes as some driveways are difficult to see.
