Class of 2020 Senior Parents Night and Model Call

Tonight is about Discovery

We are opening our doors to 30 interested Class of 2020 Parents and their future senior. This is also a Model Call for the Class of 2020! We are looking for positive, outgoing juniors who are willing to show off their amazing images to promote our studio! If you want to have fun and an unforgettable senior experience, we encourage you to attend this event. 

You will receive our 2019 Senior Guide to help guide you through the Senior Portrait process and help prepare your senior for their portrait session. 

Imagine images that are brilliant, timeless and tell the story of YOU. Our goal is to make everyone who steps in front of our lens feel comfortable and their absolute best!

All of our 2020 Models will receive a 30x36 poster print of your magazine stylized portrait and 200 cards to give to your friends.

If you decide to book our services you will receive $200 in print credit and 25% off your session fee. You must schedule and complete your senior portrait session before April 1, 2019, and pay the $100 session retainer during Parent's Night to qualify for the discount. Balance is due 7 days prior to your session. You will get also get exclusive invites to events around Hampton Roads and a special invite to an exclusive Senior Portrait Session at the end of August!

PRIZES

Each person registered is entered to win Visa Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and a Grand Prize 36" LED Television. *Must be present to win.

Test Shoot

Each Class of 2020 Senior in attendance can book a 15-minute mini session for FREE. You can even bring two of your friends for the session. You will receive 4-5 web images to share on social media.

Parents

Senior portraits are important, and we are happy you chose us to create portraits that will represent your child’s youth for the rest of their lives. It won’t be long before your young adult leaves home for college to begin their own life. Here at Ty Swartz Photography, our goal is to not just capture the senior in their favorite outfit or activity but to capture the last moments of their childhood. We want to give you portraits to display in your home forever of your child becoming an adult.

Seniors

Your high school years have been full of experiences. They have helped to shape you into the person you are and will become; they are something to be proud of, to remember and celebrate. Here at Ty Swartz Photography, we take the time to get to know you. We want to capture the true you, and we promise to do our best to make your images as special as you are and give you the best experience you can imagine.

What can I bring into the event?

You should bring Senior Portrait decision makers and your senior.

What's the refund policy?

The date retainer for your portrait session is non-refundable. We will reschedule your portrait session due to weather without penalty. We will allow you to reschedule your appointment to the next available date once. No shows or reschedules more than once forfeit session fee. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, you should bring your printed ticket so it can be placed in the drawing bowl for prizes offered during the event. If you don't bring your ticket, unfortunately, you are unable to enter the prize drawing.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No, if you are unable to attend you should cancel your registration so someone else can attend.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

The name on the ticket should be the Seniors name. One ticket per family. You do not need to register each person attending the event.
